These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all software products provided by AshborneProjects, a DBA of Pintobo LLC ("we", "us", "our"), including Andon Camera Monitor, Andon Video Monitor, and RetireSmart ("the Software"). By downloading, installing, or using any Software, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to payment of the applicable fee and acceptance of these Terms, Pintobo LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the device identified at the time of license activation. For Windows desktop software, this is the specific PC identified by the machine ID you provided. For browser-based software (RetireSmart), this is the specific browser instance identified by your device fingerprint.
The license is valid for the number of cameras, sources, and machines specified in your license key. You may not exceed these limits without purchasing an updated license.
Andon Camera Monitor and Andon Video Monitor include a free 7-day trial period beginning from the first time the software is run. During the trial, you have full access to all features. No credit card or payment is required. After the trial expires, the software will cease to function until a valid license key is entered.
RetireSmart does not include a free trial period. Instead, we offer a If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us at Ashborneprojects@gmail.com for a full refund, no questions asked.
You may not:
Your license key is tied to the specific PC it was generated for. If you need to move the Software to a new machine, contact us at Ashborneprojects@gmail.com and we will reissue your license key for the new machine. We reserve the right to limit the number of machine transfers per license.
We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features for the Software from time to time. Updates are provided free of charge to licensed users for the current major version. We reserve the right to charge for major version upgrades. The Software includes an automatic update notification system that checks for new versions on launch.
Andon Camera Monitor and Andon Video Monitor are licensed on a monthly basis, priced per camera, source, and machine. Payment is processed via invoice. Failure to make payment may result in your license being suspended. You may cancel at any time by contacting us.
RetireSmart is licensed on an annual basis at a flat fee per edition (e.g. RetireSmart 2026). Each year is a separate purchase. There is no automatic renewal. Your license for a given edition remains valid indefinitely for that edition.
The Software, including all source code, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AshborneProjects and is protected by copyright law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You own your data — the monitoring records, exports, and reports generated by the Software belong to you.
The Software runs entirely on your local machine and does not transmit any production data, video footage, or machine monitoring data to our servers. Your use of the Software is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
RetireSmart is an educational planning tool. All projections, estimates, tax figures, credit card data, mortgage calculations, Monte Carlo simulations, and location information provided by RetireSmart are for illustrative and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. AshborneProjects and Pintobo LLC are not registered investment advisors, financial planners, tax professionals, or attorneys.
You acknowledge that: (a) retirement projections are estimates based on assumptions and historical averages, and actual results will differ; (b) tax information may not reflect recent legislative changes or your personal situation; (c) credit card and financial product information may be outdated; and (d) international retirement information is general and may not apply to your circumstances. Always consult qualified professionals — including a licensed financial advisor, CPA, and attorney — before making any major financial decisions.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of detection results — results depend on camera placement, lighting conditions, and calibration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pintobo LLC (operating as AshborneProjects) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profit, or equipment damage. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AshborneProjects operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US federal and state law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for the purpose of litigating any such claims.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
